Earl and Sylvia saw the need to expand the business beyond the Indianapolis market. Once again, the business was growing and another move was in the near future. A location was found near the square in Martinsville, at the intersections of State Roads 37 and 44, in April 1986.

In early 1991 heating and cooling was added to our business. We changed our company name to our current name in June 1991. Since then, we have a branch in Bargersville and have added branches in Franklin and North Carolina - Triad Area.

In mid-May 2008 some exciting changes took place to better server our customers. Our Heating and Air Conditioning services and sales became managed by the Airtron Heating and Cooling family who are committed to providing you with the exceptional service you have come to expect from Earl Gray & Sons, Inc.

Owners

On January 1, 1997, after many years of hard work and determination building this wonderful company with the help of his family, Earl Gray decided it was time for he and Sylvia to retire. At this time, the Grays sold their life's work to the second generation of determined individuals, their children.
